I had a complicated new mortgage application process - buying a home in a new state while still owning a home/mortgage in another state. Greg Louie did a wonderful job for me. He coordinated with my Realtor, even with my Financial Advisor, to enable a timely closing. Greg proactively kept me informed all along the way and returned my calls/texts promptly. Greg is professional (highly knowledgeable of the process), courteous and kind. I've dealt with many Loan Managers during many home purchases - Greg is the Best!
